GREEN FAIRY GAMES

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

FOR WRITERS :

At this point, we are only accepting submissions for the Fae Noir game line. We are only interested in writers with a full grasp of the Fae Noir rules and setting. Specifically, we are looking for adventures of around 15-20,000 words. Adventure ideas should be original and enthralling, not just another dungeon crawl.

Queries should consist of a summary of your product concept no longer than 1 page single-spaced. They should include estimated length of the product, time necessary for completion, and proposed parts. Adventure proposals should take into account our other published adventures and follow a similar format. On supplements, preference is given to those who are already published, so feel free to include a few references (and links) to material you’ve already produced.

We purchase all rights to written work, paying monthly royalties on adventures during the life of the product, and up-front payment for work on supplements or setting books. Multiple products should be presented in multiple queries; one product per query. If we are interested in your product, you will be contacted within a week at most and presented with a contract.

We reserve the right to refuse shoddy products full of typos and mistakes even after a contract is signed, so please turn in a product that’s as ready-to-go as possible.

FOR ARTISTS :

Art is expensive and we can’t afford a lot of it. However, you can send a brief e-mail linking to your portfolio, understanding that we can’t offer full professional rates.

Obviously, artists should have a style complementary to the Fae Noir setting.

All submissions inquiries should be directed to fairygodfather, at greenfairygames dot com, and include the word Submission at the front of the subject line.
